1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will only be accepted within 7 days of purchasing any digital course/program.

Refunds will be applicable only if 20% or less of the course content has been accessed.

Refunds are not applicable for live classes or downloadable products (such as PDFs, templates, etc.).
2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@zairox.online and provide your Order ID/Payment Receipt.

Our team will review your request within 7 business days.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Courses purchased under discounts or special offers.
